No refunds will be issued for any product returned without a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, visit the website where you purchased our product and click the contact us link. Complete the contact form with details of your purchase (date, name of product, your name and email, etc.) and an RMA will be returned to you for all qualified returns.
